Plans
Having expertly prepared plans makes a good first impression when submitting your project to planning and building departments. Peter Klein & Associates can provide you with the plans and specifications you need for your projects. In addition to our in house expertise, we have a network of architects - residential and commerical specialists, strucutral engineers, landscape architects, and draftsmen. We can put your project on paper for submittal.
In addition to the standard items such as floor plans, site plans and elevations we have experience developing submittals for:
- Presentations - digital and traditional - for planning groups and planning commissions
- San Diego's Centre City Development Corp. (CCDC) vicinity maps/photo surveys
- Community Redevelopment Agency submittals in Los Angeles
Generally our plans are computer generated and printed from Adobe Acrobat files for portability. In-house we print on 11 by 17 sheets. Below is an example of a photographic survey for a Conditional Use Permit.
