For help with building permits we'd appreciate it if you would download the following files, complete them and then call us. For some you will need Adobe Reader or Microsoft Excel.
- Checklist of the items we'll need to work for you.
- Letter of Authorization
- Customer Data Sheet
- Certificate of Insurance - Worker's Compensation
- A copy of the contractor's license wallet card
To download the pre- lien worksheet (an Excel worksheet) do the following:
- Right click on the link
- Select Save Link As... (it may read Save Target As...)
- Select a folder on your computer
- Click the Save button on the dialog box
Depending on your computer, you may be able to click the link and the worksheet will open. You can then save it to your hard drive. Be sure to rename the worksheet for each project so you have a copy.
