Peter Klein And Associates
Our newest service is Photographic Surveys. These surveys are primarily used with discretionary permits - liquor licenses, conditional use permits, variances, and as part of sign surveys.
Peter Klein & Associates provides a variety of services to contractors and businesses. We take on the tedious tasks so you can concentrate on your core business, not sitting around at a building department.
As you can see by looking at the menu to the left our services are varied and range from basic building permits to Conditional Use Permits to Liquor licenses. Our goal for each and every project is to do it as thouroughly and as accurately as possible.
Peter Klein & Associates is based in the San Diego area. We service all of California, as well as western Arizona. Additionally we are affiliated with JGS Permit Service in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Peter has had two articles about plans and permitting published in trade publications. "That's The Plan" was in the August, 2008 issue of Sign Business Magazine. "Permit Checklist" was published in the December, 2009 issue of Sign & Digital Graphics the new name for Sign Business.
